Unfinished Business: From the Great Migration to Black Lives Matter

Join us for a special evening showcasing "Unfinished Business: From The Great Migration to Black Lives Matter" followed by a panel discussion. 

This musical documentary offers a creative interactive approach to documenting oral histories of African American elders from historic Black churches. Ultimately, Dr. Stephanie C. Boddie’s “Unfinished Business” project uses the dynamic of story to help audiences consider their own stories and create new narratives that opens a pathway for deeper racial healing. 

Dr. Boddie is a Fox Leadership Alumni Fellow and a Program for Research on Religion & Urban Civil Society Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, senior consultant for Pittsburgh Theological Seminary's Metro Urban Institute, and serves as an adjunct professor at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and Chatham University as well as a faculty associate at Washington University’s Center for Social Development.
